1 lb ground beef 1 green pepper 1 sweet onion 1 small can tomato sause 1 can stewed tomatos pinch of salt and pepper
1 large box macaroni
brown beef in light oil ( drain ) add onion and bell pepper simmer unit soft but firm add tomatos and sauce simmer for 1/2 hour boil mac until tender mix in large bowl and enjoy
yum, yum

1st. 'Hi Frankie' nice to hear from you.
2nd. I was expecting-lettuce-tomatoes-cukes-etc. LOL
3rd. I make this casserole offen, without the peppers, but with mozzarrella cheese. [not everyone likes peppers? but I do]
4th. I don't drain the tomatoes. Alice

alice, i never drain the tomatos either, and a nice side salad sounds good to me

Ahh Frankie, now add some toasted garlic bread & & & a nice chilled glass of red wine!
Dessert not needed. umm- a breath mint on the pillow case would be nice.
Just giveing Henry some hints here too, but he does make me all kinds of seafood & a glass of wine on occasion. Made me a nice solfshell crab on toast with homemade tarter sauce the other day.

yes a nice glass of chilled wine would go great, garlic toast sure sounds really good
