I copied this from another chat board last summer. I finally made it yesterday. WOW is it good!Ingredients 4 cup broccoli 1 1/2 cup grapes 1 cup celery 1 cup raisins 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt 3 Tbsp McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener 1 Tbsp white vinegar Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well. Chill for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1 cup) It's good! It uses low-fat mayo instead of fat free, and sugar instead of Splenda. I usually toss in some more sunflower seeds, too It's almost identical to the one they serve at Sweet Tomatoes (if you have one of those in your area).
